There are currently so many great health awareness weeks and months, and days that celebrate so many dedicated and caring people in health fields and fields surrounding families that you might think that everyone is covered or at the very least, who needs another observance week? The sad fact is that too many families are affected by a pregnancy loss, stillbirth or early infant loss. The grief when a loss occurs has no bounds and remains significant and deep, even if there are future children that join the family after a loss has occurred.

The concept of a labor playlist is not a new one. Using music to help you calm down, even in labor, is a very old idea. In fact, studies have proven that when music was present during labor, women reported significantly lower pain and anxiety.
