The 2024 slate of candidates for Board of Directors At-Large Director position is presented to the Lamaze International membership.

Per the Bylaws and Voting and Election Policy, the slate of candidates shall be made available for membership consideration no less than 14 days before the start of the election period. The slate may include the same number of candidates for each open vacancy or may exceed the number of open vacancies. At-Large Directors will serve a 4-year term that begins January 2, 2024 and will end on December 31, 2027.

The current bylaws allow for a range of 9 to 13 positions on the Lamaze board of directors. The board of director openings included three open positions in 2024. The Lamaze Board Search Committee conducted a call for board of director search from August 7, 2023 to September 15, 2023. The Committee put forth two qualified candidates. Per the policy, in the event of an equal number of candidates for each open seat, members will be asked to approve/ not approve each candidate.
