March is National Nutrition Month, which means that throughout the month, we'll be sharing helpful resources and information on how to make nutrition a priority during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and the postpartum months. With all of the information available along with the plethora of choices at any given grocery store, knowing how and what to eat to feel good and stay healthy can feel overwhelming and confusing. Today, we're sharing quality online resources for healthy eating during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
