Eating healthy and cheaply can be done by following two simple tips: buy fruits and vegetables that are frozen or in season (or both!). But how do you know what's in season? How fresh and how cheap you are able to find produce varies by where you live. The following list breaks it down by season and then by region. Save this list for when you go shopping to ensure you're getting the produce that's cheapest and freshest in your area.  

In Season Produce: Spring
