I have to have c-section due to a myeomoctomy (fibroid removal surgery). Is Lamaze class still recommended although I'm not having a natural birth? |

Lamaze classes are primarily intended to prepare you for coping with labor and for making informed decisions about labor. This would not apply to you if you are planning a cesarean. However, the International Cesarean Awareness Network has created a document that can help you prepare for a positive, family-centered cesarean experience. You will find it here. ~ Henci |
