This policy establishes a check and balance measure for Lamaze International check approval/signature.

Approval/ Signature

All checks will be signed by both the Lamaze International Treasurer and the Executive Director. The Lamaze International President and the Lamaze operations manager may sign checks if the designated person is not available. There must always be a board signature on all checks.
