How does Lamaze/natural labor work or fit for women who test positive for Group B Strep?  Don't they have to be connected to IV antibiotics for at least 4 hours prior to delivery in order to protect their babies?

That is the recommendation, but treatment with I.V. antibiotics need not interfere with use of Lamaze techniques, comfort measures, or practices that promote safe, healthy birth.
