I am 7 and a half months pregnant and before my pregnancy I weighed 143.  Now I weight 188.  I am afraid becuase of all the junkfood that i have eatent hat my baby is going to be born unhealthy and big.  Is this true or will my baby have a chance of being born at a normal weight even though I have gained so much?

It is not too late to improve your diet. The fetus gains most of its weight in the last two months. The Lamaze magazine has an article that should get you started on the right track.
