i m 29yrs old n 7th month pregnant actually i m a indian women bt due to my husband job came to germany..n here due to language problem not able to attend classes ... can you guide me how should i prepare my self in this therd trimester...... can i travel?? how should i know about the onset of labour ? what excercise should i do.. normally i do walking n all household work.. please help me n guide me with ur advice n if any literarture or cd can b provided..

I cannot give you any clinical advice such as whether you can travel, but as for how you can prepare yourself, you will find a wealth of information on the "New & Expectant Parents" section of the Lamaze website on how to have a safe and healthy birth. And, in fact, there is a certified Lamaze educator in Germany. I would get in touch with her. Even if she isn't local to you, she may be able to help you further with finding out about your options in Germany.
