I would gladly pay any fee involved. I am just a regular mom and don't have connections to organize a conference and invite you :-(

I'm sorry, but I don't have transcripts or tapes available. However, you are in luck with the Economic Disincentives talk. Susan Hodges, chairperson of Citizens for Midwifery, and I developed that talk together. She went on to expand on it and write Effects of Economics on Maternity Care, which, as you can see, is available.

Now that I think of it, I spoke at the Lamaze conference last fall. I know they audiotape speakers and make, CDs, I think it is nowadays, available for sale. I don't know how long after a conference they do this, but you might poke around the Lamaze site and see what you can find.
