15 weeks and just got diagnosed with BV. Can I wait and see if it goes away on it's own before treating it with oral antibiotics?

Apologies, but treatment of bacterial vaginosis is outside of the realm of my expertise. If you have objections to treatment with oral antibiotics, you may wish to discuss the pros and cons of alternative approaches with a midwife who is knowledgable on this issue or a qualified herbalist.
