Subject: First Birth as Doula
Message: I'm attending my first birth ever in a few weeks. I'm really nervous and not sure if I can handle the intensity and energy. I worry that I won't be able to perform my duties as a doula...or remember what to do. Any suggestions? I know birth is natural and healthy, but never having seen one, I still have some inhibitions to overcome.
