Henci,

Normal birth advocates often cite that the c-section rate should be between 10 and 15% (and an induction rate less than 10%). But how do we know this? How was this research conducted? It seems logical to me coming from the stand point that birth works, but I'd like to understand these statistics better.

Also, I often see statistics that say 75% of women can give birth normally. Is this worldwide or just in the United States? and where did they get this number from?
