Right from the opening minutes of this workshop, we will be modeling and teaching you how to teach. The activities we do will be directly transferable to your classroom and we will take the time to make sure you understand how to modify activities to support the content you are planning to teach. From room set-up to parting gift, the workshop is not only presented for your enjoyment but also each aspect is evaluated for its effectiveness in achieving a specific classroom goal. Students will be well prepared not only with the content they need to convey but will also leave with a clear understanding of a range of effective and exciting ways to present each topic. Workshops are held twice a year at Douglas College and at various locations throughout Canada and Internationally. Check out website for dates and locations. www.douglascollege.bc.ca/ce/perinatal
