• You will be asked to include the following REQUIRED information as part of your submission.  Failure to include all of these items may jeopardize consideration of your proposal.
  Required concurrent proposals information.
  Required research paper or poster proposals information.
• All submissions will receive e-mail notification confirming receipt. If you wish to have a copy of your submission, you may request this by e-mailing speakers@lamaze.org. You are strongly encouraged to save a copy of your submission. 
• Until the published deadline, you will have ability to make changes to your submission. To make changes, simply log in using your username and password and you will have access to your submission.  
• The conference committee will meet in February 2008 to review the submitted abstracts, select the 2008 speakers and finalize the conference schedule. You will be notified no later than March 1, 2008 regarding the status of your proposal. 
• Abstracts not selected will be held on file for one year. 
• If selected, Lamaze International reserves the right to edit the title, description and outline for clarity and to meet space requirements.
