To be eligible to apply for a Lamaze International Annual Conference Scholarship, you must be:

• A Current Lamaze International member in good standing.
• In need of financial assistance and submit a one-page statement demonstrating financial need. 

All applicants must submit a completed Lamaze International Annual Conference Scholarship application and include the following information in the statement:

• Circumstances of need - that is: employment or self employment status and anticipated gross yearly income (spouse information needed if you file a joint tax return or the equivalent).
• Special medical, educational or unemployment related circumstances (including disabilities, and worker's compensation claims). Include number of dependents, students you support in college, and special needs family members.
• Other sources of income - savings, bonds stocks, scholarships, etc.

Early registration fees will be extended to applicants that accept the Annual Conference Scholarship.
